Job Purpose

The Global Manufacturing Governance Team is made up of members in Racine, WI, Brazil, and the UK, with diverse backgrounds in manufacturing engineering, quality, and research & development. We are a highly collaborative group, open to new ideas and eager to experiment with innovative approaches. As a Global Manufacturing Data Explorer Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in how CNH collects, manages, and leverages manufacturing data to drive efficiency and excellence across regions and plants.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Helping streamline data flows across plants and regions to improve consistency and usability

  • Exploring how CNH collects and applies manufacturing data to create real-world efficiencies

  • Comparing how different regions handle the same datasets and identifying opportunities for improvement

  • Supporting initiatives that turn raw data into smart insights and actionable information

  • Collaborating with a global, cross-functional team and contributing fresh perspectives to ongoing projects

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates may be pursuing an Associates, Technical, Bachelor’s, or Post-graduate degree in the following majors or a related field: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineer, Data Science 

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is USD $19.00 - $37.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
