Job Purpose

The Global Connected Services Product Manager drives the strategy, roadmap, delivery, and adoption of Connected Services for Construction Equipment customers worldwide. This position ensures seamless integration between telematics, customer digital touchpoints, service organizations, dealer networks, and business intelligence systems.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with regional stakeholders, and partner with digital, IT and parts&service organization to deliver high-impact connected experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global delivery of connected services for Construction, partnering with cross-functional agile teams
  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and backlog driven by customer, dealer, and market needs
  • Execute go-to-market activities including pilots, launches, training, and dealer enablement
  • Ensure quality and integration across IoT, APIs, telematics, and data platforms
  • Serve as business owner for the customer portal, driving feature delivery, adoption, and performance
  • Establish data governance and partner with IT to optimize data pipelines
  • Deliver executive-level dashboards and KPI reporting using Azure and Power BI
  • Communicate effectively with global stakeholders and support change adoption
  • This position is a hybrid role and requires the employee to be on-site at a CNH facility at least three (3) days per week.

Experience Required

  • Bachelors Degree related to Technology, Leadership, Project Management or equivalent

  • 5+ years of relevant Product Management experience 

  • Familiarity with machine data analytics and uptime service models.

  • Proven ability to coordinate global teams across regions and cultures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Connected Services / telematics product management
  • Experience in digital customer portals, TSP (Telematics Service Portal), MyServiceHub, or similar ecosystems.
  • Previous experience working within and IT Development team or project 

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is USD $119,250.00 - $174,900.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
