Job Purpose

The Dealer Standards & Certification Manager is responsible for designing, integrating, and managing CNH’s Dealer Performance System, ensuring dealer standards, certifications, and incentive programs work together to drive superior customer value and sustained market share growth.  This role also ensures that CNH enables our dealers to be equipped, measured, and rewarded to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences while simplifying the cost of doing business for both dealers and customers. Position can be located in Racine, WI, New Holland, PA, Oak Brook, IL, or Sioux Falls, SD. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Owns and leads the integrated Dealer Performance System that aligns standards, certifications, and incentives to drive consistent dealer execution.
  • Ensures dealer program structures directly translate into customer value, measurable market share growth, and reinforce desired behaviors, performance standards and long-term network health.
  • Defines clear expectations for dealer excellence across sales, operations, service, precision, and customer experience.
  • Builds dealer capability through certifications that strengthen technical skills, sales effectiveness, and digital adoption.
  • Aligns incentive programs to reward behaviors that drive volume, market share, and long-term customer loyalty.
  • Simplifies the cost of doing business by reducing program complexity, eliminating duplication, and streamlining reporting requirements.
  • Improves the dealer experience by increasing transparency, clarifying expectations, and connecting actions to financial outcomes.
  • Embeds customer-centric metrics to ensure dealers deliver consistent, high-quality ownership experiences.
  • Establishes governance and accountability to track performance, close gaps, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Acts as the system owner that ensures every dealer action contributes to stronger customer relationships and sustainable market share growth.

Experience Required

  • Bachelors Degree in a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in channel marketing, dealer network development, commercial operations, or a related field, with a proven ability to deliver results in complex environments.
  • Demonstrates a strong track record leading cross-functional initiatives and driving performance through incentive programs, dealer development, or performance management systems.
  • Brings strategic thinking capability with the ability to design and implement integrated, scalable performance systems across a dealer network.
  • Possesses strong commercial and financial acumen, with a clear understanding of volume, market share, and incentive-driven behaviors.
  • Exhibits deep knowledge of dealer network operations and the economic drivers of dealer success and profitability.
  • Has the ability to simplify complex processes and drive adoption across diverse stakeholders and field organizations.
  • Demonstrates strong influence and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Operates with a customer-first mindset, prioritizing decisions and actions that create measurable customer value.
  • Acts as a simplification leader, focused on reducing complexity and improving usability for dealers.
  • Is performance-driven, setting high standards, reinforcing accountability, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is USD $106,725.00 - $163,645.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
