Job Purpose

Leads and facilitates continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Map, analyze, and redesign processes to improve efficiency, quality, and reduce waste.
  • Design and execute strategies to optimize processes through reengineering, automation, or standardization;
  • Guide cross-functional teams in implementing improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve operational and administrative processes.
  • Document processes and keep operational workflows up to date.
  • Train employees: Educate and train employees on new or updated processes and methodologies.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen and other process improvement methodologies and tools.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Process Management, or Engineering,
  • Proven experience in process improvement, organizational change and problem-solving;
  • Strong skills in root cause analysis and practical problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication, proactivity, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience on process mapping tools (e.g., Bizagi, Visio) and advanced Excel skills.
  • Often 3+ years’ experience;
  • Advanced English proficiency;

Preferred Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma/Kaizen certification) not mandatory.
  • Experience in transport or service environments focused on continuous improvement

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is USD $73,000.00 - $111,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
