Intern Program Overview

Job Purpose

The Construction Equipment (CE) Technical Training and Product Support team plays a critical role in empowering our dealer network. We provide web-based and hands-on technical training and expert troubleshooting support to ensure dealer technicians can efficiently diagnose and repair customer machines, maximizing customer satisfaction and uptime. Our team is driven by a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and a best-in-class customer experience.
 
As a new team member, you’ll bring a fresh perspective that will help us continuously improve our processes and training content. Your insights and observations will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for innovation and enhancing the overall effectiveness of our programs.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Developing and enhancing training content in collaboration with experienced Technical Training Developers, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness

  • Designing innovative instructional methods for electrical, hydraulic, and drivetrain systems, leveraging adult learning principles and emerging technologies such as AI, augmented reality (AR), virtual reality (VR), and extended reality (XR)

  • Evaluating and improving courses by observing delivery, identifying areas for enhancement, and executing updates to elevate the learning experience

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Development, Quality, Product Marketing, Sales, and Parts teams to gather technical insights and documentation that support comprehensive training programs

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates may be pursuing an Associates, Technical, Bachelor’s, or Post-graduate degree in the following majors or related fields:  Education, Business, Adult Learning, Computer Science

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is USD $19.50 - $37.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
