Job Purpose

The Florida Market Commercial & Technical Training Lead supports customers, dealers, and field teams across Florida by providing commercial guidance, technical product support, and training.

This senior, customer-facing role works closely with Sales, Product Support, Technical Training, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, and other teams to understand customer needs, improve equipment performance, resolve product concerns, and help customers get the most value from CNH products.

The role requires regular time at a designated CNH training facility, as well as travel throughout Florida and to customer and dealer locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior support resource for key customers and dealers in Florida, building an understanding of their equipment, applications, business needs, and challenges.
  • Develop and coordinate support plans that bring together commercial, technical, training, and field resources to address customer needs and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Help resolve complex product and technical issues by working with Product Support, Technical Support, dealers, and internal subject matter experts.
  • Explain technical product features and applications in a clear, customer-focused way that demonstrates product value, productivity, and business benefits.
  • Identify training needs for customers, dealers, and internal teams and provide appropriate training through instructor-led sessions, virtual training, hands-on workshops, demonstrations, train-the-trainer programs, and other learning tools.
  • Support product launches and ongoing product activities by helping ensure training, technical information, and field teams are prepared.
  • Share customer, product, application, and market feedback with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Technical Information, and Training teams.
  • Maintain a strong field presence by supporting customer events, equipment demonstrations, dealer activities, and hands-on training.
  • Promote a culture of ownership, teamwork, strong communication, safety, and professionalism while following company policies and protecting company resources.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Engineering Technology, Education, Training, Business Management, or a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience; or
  • Associate degree and 7+ years of relevant experience; or
  • High School Diploma/GED and 10+ years of relevant experience in agricultural, construction, automotive, industrial equipment, or a similar technical/commercial environment.

In addition:

  • Experience supporting customers, dealers, or field teams in a senior, lead, or advisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of heavy equipment and machinery, with the ability to explain technical products and applications to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing complex customer or product issues across multiple teams.
  • Experience developing and delivering technical, commercial, product, operational, or systems training.
  • Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of Excel and digital collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and regularly attend a designated CNH training facility.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including throughout Florida and to customer, dealer, CNH, and other field locations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CNH, CASE Construction Equipment, New Holland Construction, or similar construction equipment products.
  • Experience supporting strategic, fleet, government, rental, specialty-application, or other high-value customers.
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, precision, telematics, or software-enabled equipment systems.
  • Experience using customer, market, competitive, product, or training data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
  • Knowledge of Florida customer applications, dealer operations, market conditions, or equipment use cases.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and build strong relationships with customers, dealers, and internal teams.

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is USD $86,600.00 - $132,800.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
