Job Purpose

The Construction Equipment Product Marketing & Management team supports CNH’s North American operations by driving product positioning, competitive research, and commercial execution. The team ensures that products are effectively marketed, dealers are supported, and the business is equipped with the insights needed to compete in the off-highway equipment industry.

As a Product Marketing & Management Intern, you will work closely with the CE Product Marketing & Management teams to gain hands-on experience in data analysis, project coordination, and dealer engagement while learning about the construction equipment industry and product management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting data acquisition, report creation, and competitive research to inform product decisions

  • Assisting with project management and asset tracking, ensuring initiatives stay on schedule

  • Helping with clinic administration and preparation for product demonstrations and evaluations

  • Engaging with field teams and dealers via phone or surveys to gather product-related insights

  • Supporting commercial activities related to CE products and marketing efforts

Preferred Qualifications

  • Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with social media platforms, web navigation, and email communication

  • Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn

  • Effective communication skills, both over the phone and in person

  • Technical aptitude and awareness of mechanical or modern technology devices (through coursework, hobbies, or prior experience)

  • Surveying or statistics/data analysis experience is a plus

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is USD $18.00 - $35.50 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
