Job Purpose
This role serves as the key liaison with our outsourcing provider for invoice processing related to both ICP and third-party suppliers and requires frequent communication with a broad range of stakeholders, including ICP suppliers, third party suppliers and CNH business partners across Purchasing, Receiving, Finance, and Logistics. The position is responsible for resolving issues within the scope of Accounts Payable, supporting reporting activities, and maintaining strong knowledge of AP processes and related cross-functional workflows. It involves sharing information, influencing action to resolve supplier issues, educating others on AP processes, and collaborating closely within the AP team to confirm invoice/payment statuses and ensure process alignment. The ideal candidate delivers best-in-class customer service, identifies opportunities for process improvement, and champions changes that eliminate non-value-adding activities for our business partners.
This position is located in Racine, WI and is eligible for our hybrid work environment working 3 days onsite and 2 days remote/home office.
Key Responsibilities
- Display a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service, including resolving issues timely and influencing the resolution of issues when responsibility falls outside of Payables
- Identify process inefficiencies that customers and proactively advocate for improvements
- Participate in Accounts Payable Audit program to detect errors in invoice processing
- Provide excellent customer service, including resolving issues timely and influencing the resolution of issues when responsibility falls outside of Payables
- Identify inefficiencies within processes that cause problems for our customers and be a strong advocate for process improvements
- Nonpayment of invoices or incorrect debits can and will result in “stop shipments” if not quickly addressed, potentially shutting down production lines or causing other major business disruptions
- Accurately analyze and diagnose issues, ensuring appropriate and timely solutions are implemented.
Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or 2-year degree with equivalent experience.

1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Broad understanding of Accounts Payable processes as well as familiarity with related functions such as Receiving, Purchasing, and relevant business partners.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience using Excel.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
