Job Purpose
This job is a specialized job wherein the team member needs to put his techno-commercial skills to use to derive and drive maximum customer satisfaction in market along with following objectives:
- Creating better infrastructure (in terms of Reach, Response and Relationship)
- Driving the systems and processes to support business and customer orientation across network
- Resolving the customer irritants and concerns within the specified timelines with the help of network and CNH Team
- Liaison with Central Customer Support and Spare Parts
- Activities to create service awareness, product maintenance and product performance optimization
- Support in launching new products, Services and Systems in close co-ordination with Commercial, Marketing and Customer Support.
- Execute special campaigns on Product improvements and Product Performance optimization
- Developing and executing strategies to increase service business, customer retention and repeat purchases/referrals.
- Training and skill development of Network team
- Managing the assigned CNH Internal Customer support team and ensuring their development.
- Perform specific activities as per organizational needs in markets in close co-ordination with other functions.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Satisfaction & Support
Deliver best-in-class customer experience and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
Drive improvements in CSI/NPS scores across the dealer network.
Ensure adherence to defined timelines for complaint resolution in coordination with internal and external teams.
Manage call center operations and direct customer interactions effectively.
Service Network Development
Build and strengthen dealer infrastructure (Reach, Response, Relationship).
Ensure dealer facilities comply with organizational standards and norms.
Monitor and enhance service system usage across the network.
Conduct regular dealer visits and performance reviews.
Service Operations Excellence
Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), Installations, Job card management, Warranty claims and escalations, Drive reduction in machine downtime and improve repair quality. Ensure parts and lubricants availability across the region.
Support warranty audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Central Customer Support, Spare Parts Team, OEMs, Legal team
Training & Capability Building
Identify training needs and develop annual training plans for dealer teams.
Conduct and coordinate technical and behavioral training programs.
Evaluate training effectiveness and improve skill levels across the network.
Collaborate with HR and central technical teams for capability development.
Experience Required
Essential Experience and Skills: Diploma in engineering with 15 – 18 years of experience OR Bachelor of Engineering /Technology with 12 - 15 years of experience
Excellent customer orientation
Leadership and team management skills
Analytical and problem-solving ability
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications
Educational Qualifications: DME (or) BE
