Job Purpose

To ensure smooth assembly operations for Harvesters (Sugarcane, Baler, Combine, Tractor Cabin, Gear Box & Final Drive and Rotary Tillers), achieving the required quality, cost, delivery and productivity targets while maintaining safe and ergonomic working conditions. 

Key Responsibilities

Experience Required

10+ years of experience in assembly lines and production operations for medium or heavy agricultural, construction or automotive equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Automobile or Industrial Engineering; additional advantage for certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ergonomics or assembly process engineering
