Job Purpose

Responsible for PP&C Function – Planning overall Operation in plant (Fabrication laser and paint shop) to fulfill Assembly requirement on time with Quality Product with utilization of the available resources and facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Production Planning and control activities to reduce the losses for Weld and Paint shop Activity.
• Manage the Production planning and scheduling for on time delivery
• Supervise the team members in their job and review the output
• Attend the daily Production meeting to prioritize the plan Production activities to maintain the daily production rate.
• Review the daily report to identify the material shortage, Quality issue and other line stopper Problems.
• Responsible for maintaining free flow of material along the production line.
• Plan, schedule and monitor material movement in production cycle to ensure continuous operations.
• Preparation of daily production reports & Management reports.
• Coordinate with inventory planning and replenishment of raw material into Finish Product with co-ordination with Assembly planner.
• Maintain strong working relationship and communication with others dept.

Experience Required

•  BE/DME (Mechanical), With 8- 10 Experience in Automobile industry is preferable.
