Job Purpose
CNH India is amidst transformation & growth journey. As a part of journey, there are various long term digitalization projects that have been initiated and few more need to be conceptualized.
We are seeking an individual with strong experience who can initiate & work closely with cross-functional teams of Sales, commercial, marketing, legal, purchase & IT and lead these projects as a single point of contact. We are looking for a person who is passionate about modernizing ways of working and want to spread this approach within our teams and business processes.
To execute this transformation, we need a person who will take the lead in defining standards and guardrails of working and developing expertise within the teams. This role of Project Manager will optimize the deployment of resources, prioritize workflows and simplify & modernize ways working
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects across sales, commercial & business excellence platforms working in close co-ordination with CNH IT team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of digitalization initiatives.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and schedule.
2. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the central point of contact between Sales, Commercial, Business Excellence, and IT teams.
- Facilitate requirement gathering, alignment meetings, and status reviews.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure transparent communication.
3. Digital Transformation Initiatives
- Drive implementation of digital tools such as CRM, automation platforms, workflow systems, analytics dashboards, or mobile apps.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose digital solutions to improve productivity, accuracy, and customer experience.
- Support adoption and change management across functions.
4. Business Requirements & Documentation
- Translate business needs into clear, structured functional and technical requirements.
- Prepare BRDs, user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure IT teams fully understand business goals and expected outcomes.
5. Vendor & Technology Management
- Coordinate with external vendors, solution providers, and consultants when required.
- Evaluate technology options, perform fit–gap analysis, and support solution selection.
- Track deliverables from partners to ensure quality and timelines.
6. Data & Process Excellence
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across digital platforms.
- Monitor KPIs and create performance dashboards to measure project impact.
7. Training & User Adoption
- Conduct user onboarding, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation training.
- Drive user engagement by simplifying processes and ensuring intuitive tool usage.
- Capture feedback for enhancements and continuous improvement.
8. Reporting & Governance
- Prepare periodic project status reports for leadership.
- Maintain project documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies
Experience Required
Must Have :
- 5 to 7 years of overall experience with IT Projects, Business Excellence initiatives, Digitalization and Customer Experience projects.
- Strong experience and knowledge of Microsoft Suite apps including MS Excel, MS Dynamics, PowerApps, Power BI etc.
- Experience working with cross functional teams and should have experience of owning & delivering IT related projects.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA in IT or Marketing
Graduation in engineering or IT related fields
