Key Responsibilities

Duties: The Program Manager at CNH Industrial America LLC in New Holland, PA will spearhead cross-functional development programs for CNH’s harvesting product lines within the responsibility of but not limited to Corn Headers. Coordinate the alignment of cost, quality, performance, and timing targets with global engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and quality teams across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. Interface with multinational stakeholders and suppliers to ensure efficient delivery of new products into market introduction effectively. Develop robust, high-performance header systems suited for global markets using knowledge of South American agricultural environments and customer operating conditions. Aligning the harvest development teams with commercial requirements and customer anticipations. Driving execution across Engineering Centers in New Holland (USA), Kutno (Poland), Harbin (China), and Curitiba (Brazil), as well as across Manufacturing sites. Lead program tasks across functional teams in a high-performance, matrixed environment. Monitor product performance in relation to quality, manufacturability, and regulatory requirements. Conduct weekly and milestone-based reviews while proactively managing program risks. Create and deliver strategic presentations and regular updates for our executive leadership. Monitor and manage capital expenditure (CapEx) and operational expenditure (OpEx) costs across regions. Support efforts for global platform harmonization and reuse product architectures where possible. Telecommuting permitted 3 days per week. Occasional travel 2 -3 times a year with potential for international travel. Salary: $112,362- $171,350/year

Experience Required

Minimum Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, economics or a closely related quantitative field plus 5 years of experience as a Product Development Purchasing Analyst or related occupation. The 5 years of experience must include 3 years of experience with each of the following: 1) Developing and launching agricultural harvesting equipment with an emphasis on combine headers, within a global platform organization; 2) Applying Stage-Gate and Agile methodologies for mechanical product lifecycle execution, including concept through production. 3) ERP and budget control systems including SAP, Excel, and Power BI for project planning and CAPEX/OPEX monitoring; 4) Engineering Change Management (ECM) processes for international program governance and risk mitigation; 5) CTS, Polarion, and Teamcenter system tools; 6) Applying agronomic knowledge to include engineering and manufacturing decisions;  and 7) Applying different combine header types including Pickup, Draper, Auger Grain, and Corn.
