Job Purpose
The candidate provides professional, centralized technical support to all markets & regions on a
global basis, acts as the interface between the markets & brands and the CNH Industrial
organization, and represents the voice of the customer from a Quality perspective within CNH
Industrial for their designated Product Ranges. She/He is also responsible for tracking product
performance in the field, identifying the key technical issues to be resolved and driving the root cause
analysis and resolution process in conjunction with the Current Product Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze all available information regarding product performance in the field for the assigned model range from sources including ASIST, warranty, field visit reports, Brand Service, and regional Product Support / Quality teams, to identify emerging issues to create technical improvement projects.
- Responsible for interactions with the global Technical Support teams and brand organizations.
- Identify and correctly prioritize field Quality & Reliability issues and guide the CPM and Platform teams to develop action plans to drive fix action and improvements.
- Represent the marketplace and the voice of the customer during CPM activities (Early Warning and CPM).
- Play a central role in the collection of data to diagnosis and define new CPM profiles to ensure efficient and effective problem resolution.
- Create and maintain Quality & Reliability Roadmaps for assigned product lines. Develop action plans to achieve short and long range improvement targets.
- Identify PIPs required in the field, accurately estimate completion rates, parts, labor, travel, and other variable expenses associated with it, and perform the required steps to have them developed and released in the field.
- Measure and analyze key performance indicators, develop improvement plans and communicate them to stakeholders.
- Visit the field to investigate specific concerns by collecting technical data, understand the local market requirements, promote the company’s customer driven image and boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Experience Required
- Technical background with experience in a technical service or engineering related activity
- Degree in Engineering (or equivalent)
- Strong analytical skills (preferably with knowledge of statistical tools)
- Logical and rigorous problem-solving approach and experience with problem solving tools
- High level of autonomy / self-starter with ability to drive results
- Team player
- Expert in Microsoft Office
- English fluent written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications
- Good customer service skills (customer relation management)
- Aptitude for hydraulic and electrical/ electronic concern resolution
- High level of flexibility (international travel, seasonal effect on availability)
- Collaboration skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is EUR €36,000.00 - plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
