Job Purpose

The Productivity Plus Manager is Responsible for the management, growth, profitability, and strategic direction of the Productivity Plus revolving account portfolio and related payment products.  The manager will lead business initiatives designed to increase customer acquisition, account utilization, dealer participation, and Parts & Service sales while ensuring a positive customer experience and sustainable portfolio performance. The candidate will work closely with Capital Sales, Parts, Marketing, Operations, Risk, IT, and external partners to support program growth and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive Productivity Plus portfolio growth, profitability, and customer engagement
  • Manage the overall performance of the Productivity Plus portfolio including acquisition, utilization, retention, and financial results
  • Partner with CNH Parts, Sales, Marketing, and Brand teams to develop and deliver programs that support Parts and Service sales growth
  • Lead development and execution of promotional financing campaigns and customer marketing initiatives
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics related to portfolio performance, revenue generation, customer activity, and dealer participation
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience, improve operational efficiency, and increase digital adoption
  • Collaborate with Operations, Risk, Credit, Collections, and IT teams to ensure effective portfolio management and program execution
  • Develop business cases and recommendations for new products, services, and program enhancements
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, program administrators, payment processors, and other strategic partners
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive programs, and market opportunities to support strategic decision-making
  • Develop annual business plans, forecasts, budgets, and profitability analyses for the Productivity Plus portfolio
  • Lead and develop team members through coaching, performance management, and professional development
  • Represent Productivity Plus in cross-functional initiatives and executive-level business reviews
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements

Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in financial services, product management, portfolio management, marketing, commercial finance, or related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience managing business results, profitability, and growth initiatives
  • Strong analytical, financial, and strategic planning skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence organizational outcomes
  • Effective communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills
  • Experience with dealer financing, revolving credit products, payments, loyalty programs, or related financial products

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is USD $120,225.00 - $184,345.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
