Job Purpose

To manage product homologation activities and regulatory compliance requirements across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

• Share product regulations applicable to new and current products.
• Support product platforms, product engineering and product validation on interpretation and correct implementation of applicable product regulations.
• Liase with Technical Service and Approval Authorities to obtain mandatory third party product certifications and homologations.
• Lobby for Company interest at various regulatory committee / forums (national or regional), in order to minimize product complexity.
• Act as technical advisor to Legal department.
• Support brands and marketing with specific product compliance declarations to support sales and tenders.
• Support dealers and customers with specific documentation and assistance in case of compliance enquiries.

Experience Required

• Minimum technical experience (minimum 5 years)
• Precision in data population and in managing legal information
• Good English language spoken and written
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package and Computer skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Available for short business travels if necessary
