Job Purpose
CNH Construction is seeking a Manager, Pricing & Programming – North America to lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of pricing strategies and commercial programs supporting the CASE Construction and New Holland Construction brands.
This role is responsible for developing pricing strategies, managing commercial program investments, analyzing program effectiveness, and providing data-driven recommendations that improve competitiveness, support dealer success, and drive profitable growth across North America.
Working closely with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Marketing, Government Sales, and Dealer Network Development, this position plays a key role in shaping commercial strategy and ensuring pricing and sales programs deliver measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability.
- Design, manage, and optimize commercial sales programs across North America.
- Analyze pricing performance, commercial program effectiveness, and return on investment.
- Audit commercial programs to ensure dealer compliance, proper utilization, and financial accountability.
- Support pricing strategy for Government Sales, strategic accounts, and other key commercial opportunities.
- Develop financial models, dashboards, and business insights to support executive decision-making.
- Monitor competitive pricing, market trends, and commercial performance, recommending actions as needed.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support commercial planning, forecasting, and business reviews.

Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, finance, sales operations, product management, or business planning.

The annual salary for this role is USD $137,400.00 - $210,700.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
