Key Responsibilities

In deze job ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het creëren en beheren van productieprocessen, het bepalen van normtijden door tijdstudies en het ingeven/ aanpassen van processen in het ERP/SAP systeem.

• Je vraagt de nodige kalibers en gereedschappen aan en volgt de tijdige levering en opstart op. Daarnaast zorg je voor gedetailleerde documentatie, zoals het opstellen van SOP’s en werkinstructies.

• Je bent actief aanwezig op de werkvloer, vertaalt theorie naar praktijk en stuurt bij waar nodig. Daarbij heb je steeds aandacht voor ergonomie en veiligheid, zodat onze operatoren optimaal en efficiënt kunnen werken om een perfecte kwaliteit af te leveren.

• Projectwerk, nieuwe technologieën, procescontroletools zijn jou niet onbekend. Je geeft ook de nodige input voor investeringsprojecten.

• Een belangrijk aspect van je functie is het verwerken en analyseren van data uit verschillende kanalen. Je weet deze informatie vlot te interpreteren en om te zetten in concrete en efficiënte acties om productieprocessen continu te verbeteren.

• Je bent een teamspeler die, samen met collega’s, een vlotte integratie van nieuwe producten ondersteunt.

• Je bent bereid om een extra cursus arbeidsanalyse succesvol af te werken.

Experience Required

• Master, Bachelor in technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

• Technische tekeningen kunnen lezen, begrijpen en analyseren.

• Kennis van automatisering en automated bending is een voordeel, zelf kunnen programmeren is een extra pluspunt.

• Kennis van lean technieken om de bewerkingsprocessen te optimaliseren.

• Je blijft kalm onder druk, neemt doordachte beslissingen en weet een goed evenwicht te bewaren tussen afdelingsdoelstellingen en productie-output.

• Zin voor initiatief, teamwerk en continue verbetering.

• Taalvaardigheid in Nederlands en Engels (schriftelijk en verbaal).

• Goed 3D inzicht en kennis van MS Office (Excel, Word , Access, PowerPoint en Power BI); CAD/CAM of AutoCAD.
