Job Purpose

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating industrial responsibilities related to supply chain management, inventory management and manufacturing operating plans.

Key Responsibilities

Material Flow & Logistics

  • Design and improve end-to-end material movement, from lineside presentation to warehouse storage to replenishment triggers
  • Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact production throughput and operator workload balance
  • Develop SOPs for sequencing, interplant logistics, and troubleshooting; create visual management schemes that keep the floor running
  • Plan assembly line and warehouse layouts using CAD; solve top material outage issues fast and sustainably

SAP EWM

  • Configure and support inbound, outbound, inventory, and replenishment processes within SAP EWM, integrated with SAP ERP/S4
  • Troubleshoot system and process issues, drive root cause resolution, and translate business needs into practical EWM solutions
  • Support RF devices, barcode scanning, and warehouse transaction processing; participate in implementations, upgrades, testing, and user training

Returnable & Expendable Packaging

  • Design cost-effective, compliant packaging systems — racks, carts, skids, and returnable containers — in close partnership with operations, quality, and safety
  • Run packaging trials from qualification through approval, internally and with suppliers
  • Identify savings opportunities in current packaging concepts and lead implementation; support onboarding of new corrugated, returnable, and repair suppliers

Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, Logistics/Supply Chain, or related field
  • 3+ years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on SAP EWM experience (inbound, outbound, inventory, replenishment)
  • Experience with 3PL operations, ASN processing, and supplier compliance programs
  • Familiarity with inventory accuracy, material flow metrics, and warehouse KPIs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience designing returnable packaging systems
  • Lean/Six Sigma certification or Kaizen facilitation background
  • CAD proficiency for layout design
  • Strong floor presence

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is USD $63,750.00 - $85,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
