Job Purpose
Developing and promoting Company’s Construction Equipment Attachments portfolio by overseeing Dealers portfolio and proactively driving profitable sales of Attachments in Asia Pacific Markets while ensuring efficient operations with related internal stakeholders
This includes putting strategic Marketing plans in place and getting data driven decision, analyzing Market trends, competitor products specs and price positioning, managing the suppliers, developing and implementing new products & catalog with E-Parts integration, rationalizing the portfolio, managing pricing, creating Dashboard and reporting, promoting the sale of the Company’s products and services by giving expert technical and sales support, delivering both Commercial and Technical training
Key Responsibilities
- Achievement of Sales revenue and gross margin objectives for assigned territory and each Importer within territory,
- Conduct Market research to Identify new business growth opportunities, trends and Customer needs,
- Track Market developments and competitor activities,
- Explore new Markets and potential Sales opportunities for Attachments,
- Develop and maintain Asia Pacific Attachments Portfolio,
- Create promotional materials e.g. Catalog, Flyer, Leaflet, Brochure, Cut-off… and Sub-Regions’ Web Page maintenance
- Be responsible for the new product Launch readiness
- Visit Dealers/Key Customers on regular basis to ensure objectives are achieved,
- Proactively Sales drive, go to person and run demos in India Market by collaborating with India AMS Team,
- Answer promptly Company employees and Dealers’ technical queries,
- Create an annual plan and Conduct Commercial & Technical training for both Company employees and Dealers to improve their competence, increase both product diversity and capture rate
- Manage product validation process
- Conduct product demonstration, display Attachments for Dealers and Key Customers,
Experience Required
Education/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering
- 5+ years’ experience in Construction Attachment Sales Technical Support and Marketing
Essential experience and skills:
- Proven Construction Attachment Technical History
- High technical knowledge of the Company’s Construction Equipment Product lines and Attachment Business products
- Fluent in English as written and oral
- Excellent Customer centric, problem-solving and Business relationship skills
- Being proactive, Self-motivated with high energy level and a strong work ethic
- Flexibility with working in different time zone
- Dynamic with good communication, negotiation and analytical skills (clear and effective)
- Availability for travel within Asia Pacific Countries
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Access, Power point) and systems skills
