Job Purpose

The Plant Logistics Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing logistics operations within the plant, focusing on the efficient movement and storage of materials, components, and finished products. This role involves coordinating with production, procurement, and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Realizar o planejamento e controle de materiais importados, garantindo o abastecimento conforme demanda de produção.
• Acompanhar pedidos internacionais desde a emissão até a chegada à fábrica.
• Monitorar lead times e estoque de segurança
• Interagir com fornecedores internacionais para alinhamento de prazos e prioridades.
• Controlar follow-ups de pedidos de importação em conjunto com o time de importação e despachantes.
• Análise de dados MRP
• Atuar em conjunto com áreas de compras, PCP, logística para garantir o fluxo contínuo de suprimentos.
• Solicitação de coleta e agendamento de transportes  
• Identificar e propor melhorias nos processos de planejamento e abastecimento.
• Participar ativamente do programa de melhoria contínua.

Experience Required

• Experiência mínima de 3 anos no planejamento de materiais importados; desejável conhecimento em EComex, SAP, PCP e Atendimento ao cliente

Preferred Qualifications

• Formação: Engenharia, Administração, Comercio Exterior e Logística.

• Inglês avançado / fluente
