Job Purpose

The Robotics Engineering team is focused on surround sense technology and algorithm development for autonomous vehicles. By working with advanced sensors and calibration systems, the team plays a key role in enabling reliable perception and decision-making for next-generation autonomous equipment.

As a Robotics Engineer Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting sensor calibration, evaluation, and data analysis, directly contributing to autonomy development at CNH.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting and verifying camera calibrations for surround view systems

  • Assisting with lidar calibration and lidar-camera calibration to ensure accurate sensor fusion

  • Conducting data collection and analysis to evaluate new lidar and radar sensors

  • Collaborating with robotics and autonomy engineers to validate perception algorithms

  • Contributing to sensor performance studies that enhance the robustness of autonomous vehicle platforms

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor’s degree in the following majors or a related field: Robotics, Perception, Electrical Engineering 

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is USD $19.00 - $31.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
