Job Purpose

The role is part of the Global Quality organization of CNH.

This job is responsible for the product quality of the Round Balers built in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Current Product:

Work with your regional InField Quality colleagues to identify, filter and prioritize field issues for CPM (Current Product Management)

Monitor the warranty indicators and report on a monthly base to the Platform and to your management. Add critical items to CPM.

Asist the CPM Manager to resolve the CPM issues

Set up and track the Product Improvement Programs (PIPs)

New Product projects:

Facilitate the new content risk analysis at the start of a new project

Propose current product issues to be added

Manage the quality and reliability targets

Monitor the key readiness indicators

Identify product and program risks

Coordinate Early Warning after OK To Ship

Experience Required

•You are a proactive thinker and do-er who enjoys to resolve technical and functional issues in an efficient and fast way

•You have affinity with farming / contractors, preferably with driving experience, or you have been involved in the design/development/production of harvesting products.

•You are able to identify emerging risks which might lead to stop shipments and find quick solutions to avoid these

•You have a natural sense to separate minor issues from important issues and you keep focus on the targets

•You love to work with other people in a flexible way

Preferred Qualifications

Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar through experience.

Strong communication skills.

Excellent problem solving skills

Excel and Powerpoint have no secrets for you

Language skills: fluent English
