Job Purpose

The Tractor Integration team, based in Oak Brook, IL, consists of vehicle project leads and vehicle architects responsible for the design and integration of Case IH Magnum and New Holland T8 tractors. The team ensures that complex systems work seamlessly together while meeting performance, safety, and reliability standards. Interns on this team are fully integrated into ongoing projects, working side by side with experienced engineers and receiving the training and support needed to contribute effectively.

As a Tractor Integration Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the integration of machine systems into tractors, contributing to product design, prototyping, and testing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting the Case IH Magnum and New Holland T8 tractor engineering teams with system integration tasks

• Assisting in product concept creation and participating in digital mock-up (DMU) activities and design reviews

• Designing machine components using 3D modeling software

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve problems using standard problem-solving techniques

• Writing test requests, assisting with prototype orders, and supporting prototype builds

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or a related field. 

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is USD $19.00 - $31.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
