Job Purpose
Provides strategic leadership and operational direction for all financial control activities within the global Information Technology organization. Oversees the integrity of IT financial reporting, planning, governance, and accounting operations. Shapes IT finance policy, oversees the global execution of the IT finance strategy, and serves as the primary financial advisor to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and IT leadership team.
This position is eligible for our hybrid work model working three (3) days on-site in our offices in Oak Brook, IL or Racine, WI and two (2) days remote/home office.
Key Responsibilities
- Leads the development and governance of the global IT financial controlling framework to ensure consistency, compliance, and alignment with both corporate finance standards and IT strategy.
- Oversees all IT-related accounting operations worldwide, including cost accounting, software licensing and cloud consumption, IT project accounting, payroll and contractor spending, payables to IT vendors, and global IT financial close processes.
- Conducts high-level financial, operational, and investment analyses for IT initiatives, identifying trends, risks, cost drivers, and opportunities to support strategic recommendations that influence business performance and long-term planning.
- Leads the development, consolidation, and review of global IT budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with functional and organizational priorities.
- Serves as a key member of the global IT leadership team, contributing financial insight to strategic decisions, capital investments, IT sourcing models, cloud strategies, digital programs, cybersecurity, and infrastructure modernization.
- Ensures delivery of timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting to the CIO, IT leadership team, and the CFO, enabling informed decision-making.
- Provides advanced financial analysis and interpretation, including variance analysis, cost drivers, vendor performance, cloud/hosting consumption, application and infrastructure trends, and multi-region performance metrics.
- Strengthens IT financial controls and capabilities globally, mentors teams, harmonizes processes, and drives continuous improvement of the IT finance organization.
- Performs other related duties that support the strategic and operational effectiveness of the finance function.
Experience Required
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other related discipline
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting operations, and financial reporting
- Experience working in global or multi-site environments with complex organizational structures
- Ability to interpret financial and operational data, perform advanced variance and cost-driver analyses

Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $148,500.00 - $217,800.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
