Job Purpose

This position supports the Corporate FP&A team with managing the Corporate SG&A and Capex spend for the monthly actuals, annual budget, and quarterly forecast processes.  In this role, you will review the SG&A and Capex results to ensure accuracy of reporting, perform financial analysis on key business metrics and financial drivers, and be responsible for developing high quality reports for business management. The successful candidate will facilitate communication and coordination with several departments within the CNH organization. 

This position will be located in Oak Brook, IL and is eligible for our hybrid work environment working three (3) days onsite and two (2) days remote/home office

Key Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and analyze SG&A spending monthly, and provide reporting to top management and Finance team 
  • Prepare and analyze SG&A variances against budget, forecast, and prior actual performance. Identify emerging trends and provide decision making data points
  • Coordinate and consolidate the preparation of various forecast, flash, best estimate, and budget schedules and summaries
  • Support the data load and consolidation activities for forecast and budget
  • Assist in the preparation of various reports to support the finance and business teams including monthly/forecasting/budget presentations.
  • Identify and implement improvements within process improvement initiatives
  • Assist with cost center controlling activities and the preparation of reporting, budgeting/forecasting and month-end journal entries
  • Manage the administrative duties related to SG&A control including Uplan (Board) requests, opening/closing cost centers and cost center assignments
  • Prepare and distribute various financial reports as required
  • Ad hoc analysis, projects, and other duties as assigned 

Experience Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Minimum of 6 years professional work experience required, to include financial analysis, reporting, data analysis, and/or modeling 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced PC skills, including spreadsheets, PowerPoint, developing charts, and modeling
  • Working knowledge of HFM and Essbase
  • Prior work experience within a publicly traded company preferred
  • Must be highly detail-oriented
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work well independently as well as within a team
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Continuous process improvement mindset 

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is USD $84,375.00 - $123,750.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
