Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Partner with regional leadership to define winning commercial strategies and segment priorities
  • Lead the annual refresh of Strategic Business Plan (SBP) metrics, including industry revenue, profit pools, and CNH performance
  • Coordinate and track SBP initiatives to ensure timely execution and alignment with regional goals
  • Manage strategic projects focused on brand positioning and product offering decisions
  • Prepare and support executive presentations for top corporate management including Global Executive and Board of Directors level leadership team

Market & Industry Insights

  • Monitor regional industry trends, competitive strategies, and adjacent market opportunities
  • Collaborate with Corporate Development on complementary market assessments
  • Drive regional market research efforts to support strategic decision-making
  • Enhance customer segmentation models and analyze brand perception and purchase drivers

Strategy Development & PMO

  • Co-develop regional strategies with business leaders, including market entry and positioning tactics
  • Define product and subregion approaches (e.g., Lead vs Follow, Attack vs Defense)
  • Continuously validate brand setup and positioning across markets
  • Support go-to-market strategies and business modeling for emerging areas like Precision Agriculture and Alternative Fuels
  • Lead project management for strategic initiatives across the region

Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration (preferably Economics), or a related technical field
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy, business development, or commercial roles (e.g., sales, marketing, product management, dealer network) within the Agriculture Equipment, Capital Goods, or consulting in these industries is required
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willing to travel up to 30%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Excellent analytical skills, including financial and business modeling
  • Proven ability to manage projects and lead cross-functional teams
  • Builds strong, trust-based relationships with senior leaders and partners

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is USD $133,875.00 - $196,350.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
