Job Purpose
The Program Manager owns successful delivery of the program achieving all business and customer commitments for performance, quality, timing & cost. This role will lead the end-to-end execution of multiple programs within the Second Generation Electronic architecture roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross functional execution of Second Generation Electronics Architecture programs to achieve timing/quality/cost/functionality objectives; ensuring they align with the overall business strategy and objectives.
- Create & Own the Overall Program Plan incorporating inputs from cross-functional teams; ensure these plans are met by teams through Program Increment (PI) plans and commitments
- Drive timely and appropriate decision making, while mitigating risk and uncertainty, to drive program deliverables & milestones
- Monitor program budget, track spend from both a resource and material capacity in terms of time period element
- Monitor program performance, tracking key metrics and resolving any issues that may arise during execution
- Communicate program status, risks, and successes to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
- Leverage Program Management Office (PMO) tools and knowledge to implement and manage processes for continuous improvement, optimizing program delivery and achieving business goals.
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Preferred electrical, software, systems, or mechanical engineering background) or related technical field preferred; business degree acceptable with demonstrated program management experience
- Minimum of 10 years of industry relevant experience with 5 years of program management experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) with a proven track record delivering New Product Introduction (NPI) programs, releasing it both to internal factories and external customers
- Familiarity with embedded systems, electronics architecture, SAFe software development lifecycle and technical risk management
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Project)
- Fluent with Atlassian suite of program development tools
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, documentation, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Team player, who is self-motivated and has ability to work with minimal supervision
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is $120,225.00 - $184,345.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
