Job Purpose

We are seeking a Manager – Precision Technology Solutions for our Crop Production and Hay & Forage global product platform. This strategic role will serve as the precision technology expert, responsible for shaping and delivering cutting-edge, customer-centric technology solutions that enhance in-field performance and enable advanced remote monitoring and management capabilities.  Through close collaboration with global product teams and alignment with brand strategy, the manager will identify and validate precision technology opportunities, develop implementation strategies, and drive their integration into product roadmaps. This role is critical to ensuring the delivery of innovative solutions that define the future of Crop Production and Hay & Forage precision technology.

This role is preferred residence within CNH Technology locations, such as Oak Brook, IL or Sioux Falls, SD. Other locations can be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the expert technology resource for the assigned Crop Production and Hay & Forage product platform(s), providing deep technical guidance and strategic input.
  • Own the integration of precision technology solutions into global product roadmaps and development plans.
  • Develop and maintain a globally prioritized list of precision technology needs specific to the Case IH and New Holland brand and platform objectives.
  • Identify incremental revenue opportunities through precision technology offerings and create executable plans to realize those opportunities.
  • Drive the development of factory-fit solutions and aftermarket solutions, ensuring precision features are integrated into equipment offerings at the point of manufacture.
  • Establish Precision Technology business case opportunities and track revenue targets for factory-installed precision technology, segmented by global Case IH regions.
  • Define technology adoption targets and lead strategic initiatives to achieve them across regional markets.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging technology trends, identifying potential partners and M&A opportunities that align with platform needs.
  • Act as a key liaison between Case IH and New Holland regional teams and global product development, ensuring alignment and transparent communication.
  • Represent the voice of the customer, ensuring that all precision technology developments are rooted in real-world user needs and challenges.
  • Serve as the final checkpoint between product development completion and commercial launch readiness, validating solution quality and market fit.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; Business/Marketing or Agriculture preferred
  • 8+ years of experience off-road agriculture heavy equipment industry. 
  • Minimum of 4+ years in a precision farming technology direct sales, sales support or service role. 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong familiarity with CNH branded equipment and deep, precision farming technical knowledge. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Personal family experience or knowledge of farming practices. 
  • Willingness to travel internationally.

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is USD $119,250.00 - $174,900.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
