Job Purpose

The Manager of Global Marketing Communications Strategy & Transformation is a strategic leadership role responsible for modernizing and transforming CNH’s marketing and communications (Marcomm) function to align with evolving digital media landscape and business objectives. This position serves as the chief strategist and architect of organizational change in the marcomm function, driving the integration of digital technologies, optimization of marketing performance, and implementation of change management initiatives across CNH’s global operations in over 180 countries.

 

Reporting directly to the Chief Communications Officer, this role provides strategic leadership for transformation initiatives while collaborating closely with the Brand Marketing, Brand Communications, Corporate Communications, Workforce Communications, and the Centers of Excellence departments. The position requires exceptional expertise in digital transformation, marketing technology, and organizational change management within complex global industrial environments.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in marketing and communications leadership, with significant focus on digital transformation and organizational change
  • At least 10 years in management roles leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives
  • Proven track record in B2B industrial, manufacturing, or technology companies with global operations
  • Demonstrated success implementing marketing technology solutions and driving organizational change

 

Core Competencies

 

  • Digital Transformation Leadership: Deep expertise in leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives with measurable business impact
  • Marketing Technology: Advanced knowledge of Martech ecosystems, including Salesforce, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Copilot 365, and AI-powered marketing solutions
  • Change Management: Proven expertise in organizational change management, stakeholder engagement, and transformation communication
  • Analytics & Performance: Strong analytical capabilities with experience in marketing ROI measurement, attribution modeling, and performance optimization
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to develop long-term transformation strategies that align with business objectives and market evolution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industrial Marketing: Understanding of complex B2B industrial marketing challenges, dealer networks, and multi-stakeholder decision processes
  • Global Operations: Experience with marketing and communication challenges in multinational manufacturing organizations
  • Digital Marketing Evolution: Deep understanding of digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and future-forward communication methodologies
  • Technology Integration: Experience integrating marketing technologies with enterprise systems, ensuring data governance and compliance
  • Performance Marketing: Understanding of both paid and earned media performance measurement and optimization

  • Executive Presence: Comfort and credibility working with C-suite executives and senior leadership across global operations
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead change initiatives across diverse functions, geographies, and organizational levels

  • Innovation Mindset: Track record of identifying and implementing cutting-edge technologies and methodologies

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is USD $133,875.00 - $178,500.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
