Job Purpose
The IFRS Reporting Manager is responsible for leading the preparation, review, and delivery of external financial reporting under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). This role will support the quarterly and annual reporting process, ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and partner closely with Segment Controllership, technical Accounting, Corporate Accounting, SEC Reporting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and external auditors.
Key Responsibilities
External Financial Reporting
- Prepare and review annual IFRS financial statements, disclosures, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate the global financial reporting process and ensure timely completion of reporting deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS reporting requirements and company accounting policies.
- Maintain disclosure checklists and support the continual enhancement of financial statement disclosures.
- Assist in the preparation of board, audit committee, and executive management reporting materials.
Technical Accounting
- Monitor new and emerging IFRS standards and assess their impact on the organization.
- Research complex accounting issues and prepare technical accounting memoranda.
- Provide guidance to Segment and regional controllership on IFRS accounting treatments.
- Support implementation of new accounting standards and reporting requirements.
Financial Close and Consolidation Support
- Partner with corporate and regional finance teams during monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
- Analyze financial results and investigate significant fluctuations and unusual transactions.
- Review and validate consolidation adjustments and reporting packages.
- Support reporting for complex transactions, acquisitions, restructurings, and financing arrangements.
Audit and Compliance
- Coordinate with external auditors and support quarterly reviews and annual audits.
- Prepare audit support schedules and respond to auditor inquiries.
- Assist in maintaining a strong internal control environment over financial reporting.
- Support SOX and other compliance initiatives impacting financial reporting.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, controls, and efficiencies.
- Support automation initiatives and reporting system enhancements.
- Contribute to standardization and simplification efforts across the finance organization.
Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA (or equivalent professional certification, e.g. ACCA) required or actively pursuing certification.
- 5 years of public accounting experience with large national accounting firm.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial statement reporting.
- CSRD reporting knowledge and experience is an advantage
- Experience working with multinational organizations and complex accounting matters.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Experience with multinational public companies with EU reporting
- Exposure to SEC reporting and U.S. GAAP.
- Experience working with consolidation and reporting systems such HFM and Workiva
- Prior involvement in accounting standard implementations, M&A activities, or finance transformation initiatives.

Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $106,725.00 - $163,645.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
