Job Purpose
The Head of Digital Strategy & Performance Marketing is a senior executive role responsible for leading CNH Industrial’s comprehensive digital marketing strategy and performance optimization across all brands and corporate digital properties. This position combines strategic digital leadership with hands-on performance marketing expertise, driving measurable business growth through data-driven digital marketing excellence while serving as the strategic architect of CNH’s entire digital presence.
This role has primary ownership and accountability for CNH.com and all brand websites in our portfolio, including digital strategy development, AI-powered evolution, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and comprehensive performance measurement. The position requires exceptional expertise in B2B digital marketing, performance optimization, and emerging technologies including artificial intelligence and next-generation search optimization.
Reporting directly to the Chief Communications Officer, this role provides strategic leadership for a specialized team of 10-12 digital marketing professionals while collaborating closely with Brand Marketing, Brand Communications, Corporate Communications, CNH Studios, and regional teams to ensure integrated digital excellence across all touchpoints.

Experience Required
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
⦁ Minimum 12-15 years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with at least 7 years in senior leadership roles
⦁ Proven experience in B2B industrial, manufacturing, or technology companies with complex product portfolios and global operations
⦁ Demonstrated success managing multi-million dollar digital marketing budgets with measurable ROI optimization
⦁ Track record leading digital transformation initiatives and implementing advanced marketing technologies

⦁ Marketing Technology: Advanced knowledge of marketing technology stack including CRM platforms (Salesforce), marketing automation, CDP, analytics tools, and AI-powered solutions
⦁ E-commerce & Digital Experience: Understanding of B2B e-commerce, dealer portal optimization, and complex customer journey management
⦁ Data Governance: Knowledge of digital marketing compliance, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and data governance frameworks

Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $180,750.00 - $241,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
