Job Purpose

As the Head of Case IH Brand Communications, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of brand communications for Case IH globally. This is an exciting position for an experienced and visionary brand communications leader to propel the Case IH brand forward. What will you do? Craft a distinctive Case IH narrative and deliver integrated, measurable communications across paid, owned, earned and shared channels. You will serve as brand guardian for Case IH and will partner closely with product marketing, sales, dealer network, corporate/tech communications, and other global brand teams. You will ensure all activity adheres to Case IH identity and tone. 

Key Responsibilities

1) Strategy & Planning

  • Develop an aspirational, coherent and exiting Case IH brand communications strategy globally articulating clear positioning, audiences, and channel mix; ensure it reflects Case IH’s distinct personality.
  • Drive overarching consistency, while ensuring regional nuance across all five global regions.
  • Translate strategy into an annual communications plan and calendar (campaigns, launches, events, PR, social, content, dealer toolkits) with budgets, milestones and success metrics. 
  • Align Case IH messaging with core brand values and (where relevant) Precision Technology narratives, while keeping the Case IH brand voice and priorities at the forefront. 

2) Brand Stewardship & Governance

  • Act as brand guardian for Case IH; ensure all creative/content follows the Case IH Style Guide, ensure all relevant teams follow this.
  • Champion brand differentiation versus sister brands in external communications. 

3) Integrated Campaigns & Content

  • Lead visionary and breakthrough campaigns, that propel Case IH deeper into the ag space, as well as adjacent audiences and the broader community. 
  • Lead integrated campaigns (paid/owned/earned/shared), product launches and brand storytelling (copy, visual, video), ensuring local relevance and language adaptations across priority markets. 
  • Oversee development of toolkits for countries/dealers (key messages, assets, social toolkits, press materials), where appropriate, to enable consistent local execution. 
  • Ensure technology related stories (automation, connectivity, digital services) are accurate and consistent with CNH precision tech messaging frameworks when applicable to Case IH brand. 

4) PR, Media & Issues Management

  • Own the press office for Case IH globally, and all integrated editorial planning including: media strategy, narrative, spokesperson prep, press events, product media days, and reviews. 

5) Digital & Social

  • Drive the digital footprint (web content in coordination with digital teams, organic social, social publishing/playbooks, influencer collaborations). 
  • Partner with corporate/brand digital teams on measurement & optimization (traffic, engagement, conversions, sentiment, share of voice) and paid media plans. 

6) Events, Shows & Sponsorships

  • Define Case IH presence at Tier 1 globally relevant regional shows/events — from concept and content to on site media/customer experiences — coordinating with brand, product and dealer teams. 

7) Dealer & Channel Communications

  • Partner with regional teams to deliver dealer communications that improve retail readiness (newsletters, launch toolkits, training content, internal broadcasts). 

8) Performance, Insight & Reporting

  • Define and track KPIs: brand awareness & consideration, earned media share of voice/sentiment, campaign reach & engagement, web traffic, lead quality, event ROI; provide quarterly performance readouts and recommendations. 

9) Budget, Partners & Ways of Working

  • Own the communications budget for Case IH globally; forecast, allocate, and optimize investment across channels. 
  • Select and manage agencies and vendors, negotiating scopes and ensuring on time, on budget, on brand delivery. 

10) Leadership

  • Lead, coach and develop the Case IH Brand Communications team; build a high performing, collaborative culture with global brand hubs and corporate communications. 

Experience Required

Education and Experience 

  • Experience: 10 – 15+ years in brand/communications roles (agency and/or in house) in complex, multinational environments; evidence of leading successful integrated, multi market campaigns and PR programs. 
  • Evidence of extensive work (8-10 years) of leading multinational teams across geographies and cultures. 
  • Languages: Fluent English (written and spoken). Additional languages beneficial. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s or higher degree in Communications, Marketing, Languages or relevant field.

Core Competencies

  • Brand Governance: Demonstrated stewardship of brand identity and tone. 
  • Technical Competence: Strong knowledge of agricultural industry, machinery (both technical and functional) and landscape
  • Policy & Risk: Strong familiarity with external comms approvals, disclosure and governance in a multinational, listed company context.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to influence and partner across product marketing, sales/dealers, regional marketing, corporate/tech comms and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in working in highlight matrixed environments. 
  • Analytics: Comfortable defining KPIs and using performance insights to optimize campaigns and report outcomes (incl. SOV, sentiment). Demonstrated success against challenging KPIs. 
  • Leadership: 10-15 years of leading teams and implementing successful change management programs, upskills, succession planning and rotational development. 

Preferred Qualifications

Desired Competencies

  • Sector experience with premium multinational brands, and dealer network communications.
  • Understanding of precision/ag technology narratives and how to integrate them into brand storytelling.
  • Media: Demonstrated strong and productive relationships with trade media across core regions (North America with Europe and Latin America beneficial)
  • Additional languages are beneficial

Success Metrics

  • Brand Health: Incremental improvement across brand health metrics with coherent approach across all global regions
  • Team Development: Develop and retain high-performing team with strong succession planning
  • Budget Performance: Deliver results within allocated budget parameters while maximizing ROI

Travel & Work Requirements

  • Hybrid working model
  • Global remit with periodic travel (15-25% of the time).
  • Matrix collaboration with global brand leads and corporate comms; leadership of global team – internationally located.

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is $148,500 - $217,800 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
