Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. The successful candidate will work on platforms such as Azure Databricks and Celonis, supporting data analysis and process improvement initiatives across the organization. You will contribute to key projects by helping to design, build, and maintain data pipelines and by leveraging data to optimize business processes. 

This position will work out of one of the following locations: Racine, WI, Oak Brook, IL, or Italy. This position is eligible for our hybrid work schedule, with three days onsite and two days remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Analytics and Celonis teams to support data collection, processing, and analysis on Azure Databricks and Celonis platforms 
• Develop and optimize data pipelines to ensure efficient and scalable data flows 
• Write SQL queries to extract, aggregate, and transform data from various business sources 
• Assist in the integration and implementation of Celonis for process mining and operational efficiency improvement 
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical data solutions 
• Perform testing, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot any technical issues or bottlenecks in data workflows 
• Document technical solutions and provide regular reports on project progress and platform performance 

Experience Required

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline 
• Minimum 3-4 years experience 
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies and tools 
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment 
• Good English communication level both written and spoken 
• Positive attitude and desire for professional growth 

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Azure, Databricks or Celonis 
• Experience or basic knowledge of Python / Power BI / PQL Celonis

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is USD $72,750.00 - $106,700.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
