As our Communications & Engagement Intern, you’ll be a key part of this mission. You’ll help us tell powerful stories, build meaningful connections, and bring our programs to life across the company. Whether it’s crafting internal newsletters, organizing team-building events, or helping shape learning content, your work will directly support how we engage and develop our people.

Key Responsibilities

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented intern to join our Learning, Engagement & Culture (LEC) team for Summer 2026. This role is ideal for someone passionate about communications, marketing, and employee experience. You’ll support key initiatives that shape how we engage, inform, and inspire our workforce.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
📝 Communications & Content Creation
Assist with planning and creating internal communications, including newsletters, campaign materials, and messaging for employee programs.
 
🎉 Culture & Engagement Initiatives
Support planning and coordination of culture-related activities such as quarterly Culture Champion meetings and team-building events.
 
📚 Curriculum & Power Skills Review
Review and provide feedback on learning materials, especially those related to Power Skills, to ensure quality and alignment with development goals.
 
📦 Marketing & Campaign Packaging
Help package and promote internal campaigns, especially during the high-volume summer season.
 
📄 SOP and Documentation Support
Help develop and standardize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various platforms and programs.

Preferred Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:
 
Strong writing and communication skills
Interest in employee engagement & belonging, learning, organizational culture, and internal communications
Organized, proactive, and collaborative mindset
Experience with Canva, Microsoft Office and/or design tools
Working knowledge of innovative products such as Synthesia, AI efficiency tools, etc a plus
 
Candidates may be pursuing an Associates, Technical, Bachelor’s, or Post-graduate degree in one of the following majors or a related field: Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration 

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is USD $18.75 - $35.50 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
