Job Purpose

The Harvesting Electrical and Electronic Systems Validation team is a global group responsible for planning, executing, and documenting tests on software, electronic, electro-hydraulic, and electro-mechanical systems within CNH’s crop harvesting equipment portfolio. By validating new designs and troubleshooting current systems, the team ensures reliable, safe, and high-performing products for customers worldwide.

As a Test Engineering Intern – Electrical and Electronic Systems, you will work alongside experienced engineers, gaining hands-on experience testing software and electronic systems both in the lab and in the field. You will also contribute to troubleshooting, validation, and root cause analysis activities that directly support product readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Conducting software testing on-site and in the field to validate electronic and electro-mechanical systems

  • Debugging and troubleshooting electronic components, mechanical/electrical assemblies, and software systems using diagnostic tools and schematics

  • Supporting vehicle-level troubleshooting from both electrical and software viewpoints

  • Analyzing and reviewing electrical systems to identify potential issues and propose corrective actions

  • Collecting and evaluating test data, compiling findings into reports for stakeholders

  • Collaborating with development teams to resolve operational issues and introduce design improvements

  • Performing root cause analysis on in-service problems, including operational hazards, reliability concerns, parts obsolescence, corrosion, and safety risks

  • Assisting in the implementation of corrective actions to improve product durability and performance

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is USD $19.00 - $31.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
