Job Purpose

The Failure Analysis Technician performs first-level inspections of returned parts, manages warehouse operations, supports the warranty information tool system (WITs) and Ad hoc parts return requests. This role ensures accurate part handling and contributes to the root cause analysis process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct first-level inspection of returned parts
• Manage parts receipt, shipment, scrap and stock updates
• Maintain warehouse organization and inventory accuracy
• Safely utilize equipment to analyze and move product
• Support WITs requests.
• Complete technical reports on findings – Inspection reports
• Document via photos and video
• Update SAP with receipt, shipments and stock movements

Experience Required

• Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with component inspection
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of failure analysis processes
• Forklift Certified

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is USD $54,375.00 - $79,750.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
