About the Role

We are seeking a Salesforce Architect who thrives in a player-coach capacity.  The role will be a key participant in supporting business requirements definition, refinement, and solution design, while serving as a coach for the growth of our Salesforce solution delivery team in the evolution of our Sales and Service Cloud solutions.  

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement Scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and best practices.
• Collaborate with business teams to define solution design and strategy
• Coach and mentor developers and admins, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Provide hands-on configuration to support the delivery of enhancements and new functionality
• Establish coding standards, deployment processes, and documentation practices

Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. 
• 8+ years of Salesforce experience
• Must have Salesforce Architect certification
• Hands-on experience with Sales and Service Cloud Implementations

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Experience Cloud and Agentforce implementation
• Experience with Dev Ops process and Agile project management

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is $105,750 - $155,100 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
