Job Purpose

The Quality Team plays a vital role in supporting production and ensuring that every product manufactured at the New Holland Plant meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. As a service-oriented team, we partner with production to help deliver high-quality haytools on time while maintaining strong relationships across all functions of the plant.

As a Quality Engineer Intern, you will gain hands-on experience by working alongside assemblers, welders, supervisors, and engineers in their daily routines. You’ll also have opportunities to lead and support projects designed to improve product quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities may include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support day-to-day production needs

• Spending time on the shop floor with operators and supervisors to understand and address quality challenges

• Assisting with problem-solving and root cause analysis to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction

• Supporting and potentially leading projects focused on improving product quality

• Helping ensure that safety, timeliness, and quality remain top priorities throughout the manufacturing process

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates must be pursuing (at minimum) a Bachelor’s degree in the following majors or a related field: Engineering or Mechanical Engineering 

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is USD $19.00 - $31.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
