Job Purpose

Provide dealers, customers, businesses, and field personnel technical product and service support in order to improve our product, company image, customer satisfaction, uptime, productivity, and profitability; as well as dearler service capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides technical support services to customers, including: installation, troubleshooting, problem resolution and maintenance of products and/or services.
• Delivers remote and/or on-site troubleshooting and diagnostic support services to ensure that all products and/or services function properly, while escalating technical concerns to product teams and leadership as necessary.
• Advises customers on preventative maintenance and configuration adjustments to improve product performance and customer satisfaction.
• Supports technical trainers in the delivery of training courses.
• Communicates with dealers, brands, and/or business units any issues or technical ifnormation related to impacted programs, products, campaigns, etc.
• Other related dutes as assigned.

Experience Required

•    A Bachelors Degree ina relevant discipline.
•    A minimum of 6 years relevant experience.
