Job Purpose

The New Product Quality (NPQ) leads the GPD Quality processes by driving issue resolution from the cross-functional teams and track quality launch deliverables to ensure new programs surpass customer quality and reliability expectations. Candidate must be located in New Holland, PA, and willing to work a hybrid work schedule. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to establish quality and reliability objectives for each project, aiming to achieve customer acceptance goals.  
  • Define acceptance criteria for OKtS for all product launches.
  • Owns the development of the Reliability Growth Plan, specifically the development of the New Content Risk Index (NCRI) and successful execution of the Proactive Activities Plan. 
  • Confirms the test plan evaluates the product in primary market regions and under all critical operating conditions. Assess the progress of the test plan against these objectives at milestone reviews.
  • Contributes to DFMEAs, concept reviews, and leveraging quality history to enhance design robustness and review effectiveness.
  • Owns the PIR Review Board and drives effective resolutions from the cross functional team with a robust problem-solving approach. 
  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-develop Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), incorporating existing product issues to drive resolution and quality improvements.
  • Facilitate together with Current Product Quality the EWT (Early Warning Team) following New Product Launch.

Experience Required

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering/Quality/Relevant Field.
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Root cause problem solving methodogy.
  • Knowledge of Quality systems, processes & methods.
  • Project management.
  • Product life-cycle.

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is $107,000 - $164,000 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
