Job Purpose

Are you passionate about creating a great place to work? We are looking for a Facility Maintenance Specialist who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and maintaining a safe and comfortable workplace environment across our corporate campuses in New Holland, PA.

We are seeking a team player who communicates effectively, supports fellow team members, takes ownership of responsibilities, and consistently follows through on commitments. The ideal candidate demonstrates a high level of accountability, responds with urgency to issues, and contributes positively to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

This position is responsible for the overall building maintenance and grounds for corporate facilities, and support locations. This includes overseeing and coordinating work by either performing the tasks directly or managing subcontracted services, as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • In this role you would complete a variety of skilled repair tasks in the areas of carpentry, painting, dry wall, floor coverings, ceilings, furniture moves, doors, and locks.
  • Respond promptly to work-order maintenance requests and ensure minimal disruption to daily office environment.
  • Maintains PM’s - Preventative Maintenance on work-orders on site
  • Use hand tools, digital tools, power tools and other equipment to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
  • Supports and directs, outside contractors and vendors involved in general building and equipment maintenance and including installations.
  • Utilizes BAS - Building Automation Systems for building HVAC
  • Provides support and assist with any general facilities services as requested.

Site Operations

  • Work Monday – Friday on site daily, first shift with occasional rotating on-call hours for emergencies off hours and weekends.
  • Keep work areas safe, wearing or using safety equipment and tools, and abiding by established safety policies and procedures.

Experience Required

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Maintenance, Construction Management, or relevant discipline with minimum of 2 years of building operations and property management experience.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, an Associate, Technical Diploma, or Certificate will be considered with 4 years of building operations and property management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams) to support daily business operations, reporting, and communication.
  • Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service through professional communication, responsiveness, problem-solving, and a commitment to creating a positive experience for employees, customers, and business partners.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Available 24/7 on a rotating basis for emergency calls.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Multi-trade facility maintenance experience in addition to HVAC, including plumbing and general building systems.
  • Working with a BAS - Building Automated System.
  • Previous budget experience.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, within multiple buildings.
  • Skilled in quick and effective resolution of site issues and emergencies.

Pay Transparency

The annual salary for this role is USD $63,750.00 - $97,750.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)

For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
