Job Purpose
The Commercial Training team develops sales training programs to ensure that Case IH and New Holland dealer salespeople understand the features, benefits, and value of CNH’s product portfolio—while also knowing how it compares to competitive options in the marketplace. The team collaborates with commercial trainers, content developers, LMS administrators, and media production specialists, as well as with key stakeholders from Global Product Marketing, Case IH & New Holland Product Marketing, and Field Specialists.
As a Commercial Training Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting both training content development and event execution. This role offers exposure to instructional design, event planning, and cross-functional collaboration while helping enhance sales effectiveness across CNH’s dealer network.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include:

Training Event Logistics & Preparation: Coordinating equipment, personnel, and training materials for in-person sales training events

Content Development: Assisting in the creation of web-based trainings, product information guides, competitive comparisons, quick reference cards, podcasts, and other sales tools

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with product marketing teams and field specialists to ensure training content aligns with product positioning and dealer needs

Digital & Technical Support: Supporting the use of LMS platforms and e-learning tools to deliver engaging content

Technical & Digital Skills – Building familiarity with e-learning tools (PowerPoint, Articulate, Adobe Suite) and content management systems

Marketing & Product Knowledge – Developing a strong understanding of CNH products, competitive positioning, and how to translate technical details into user-friendly training content
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates may be pursuing an Associates, Technical, Bachelor’s, or Post-graduate degree in the following majors or a related field: Education, Business, Marketing, Agriculture focused degree
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $18.75 - $35.50 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
