Intern Program Overview
We are committed to building a strong talent pipeline by investing in early career professionals. Our internship and co-op programs provide mentorship, training, hands-on experience, and growth opportunities that empower students to explore their career paths with confidence. Summer interns work full-time (40 hours per week) from May through August. Candidates must be currently enrolled college students actively pursuing a degree to participate in the internship program.
Job Purpose
The Commercial Marketing Campaign Intern provides operational, administrative, and project coordination support to the Campaign Management team. This role assists in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns by coordinating timelines, organizing campaign assets, supporting cross-functional communication, maintaining project documentation, and helping track campaign performance.
The intern serves as a key support resource to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, stakeholders remain informed, and campaign materials are accurately prepared for internal teams, dealer networks, and external agency partners. The position offers hands-on exposure to commercial marketing, dealer channel marketing, product launches, and integrated campaign management within a leading agricultural equipment organization.

Campaign Coordination & Execution Support
Support Campaign Managers in the day-to-day execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
Maintain campaign calendars, project timelines, and milestone trackers.
Coordinate campaign deliverables across internal teams, agencies, and vendors.
Assist with campaign briefing documents, status reports, and meeting materials.
Track completion of key campaign activities and escalate risks or delays as needed.
Organize campaign assets, creative files, and supporting documentation.
Project Management Support
Document meeting notes, action items, and follow-up activities.
Maintain project management systems and workflow tools.
Ensure campaign documentation is organized, current, and accessible.
Monitor project deadlines and support adherence to established timelines.
Agency & Vendor Coordination
Support communication with agency and vendor partners.
Assist in routing creative assets for review and approval.
Track agency deliverables against established schedules.
Support invoice processing and budget tracking activities.
Required Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in liberal arts (English, History, Comparative Literature, Writing and Rhetoric, Art History, etc.) with an interest in Marketing, or Management.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Willing to learn Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior internship, campus organization leadership, or project coordination experience.
Interest in marketing, agriculture, equipment manufacturing, or dealer-distributed industries.
Familiarity with project management tools and marketing platforms.
Experience working with data, reporting, or analytics projects.

Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is USD $20.34 - plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
