Job Purpose

Plan, review and monitor annual dealer performance on service parameters including lubes, Labor and parts. Identify and resolve dealer issues for service with the objective of achieving annual CBU service targets. Enhance reach, response, relationship and systems within organization's service strategy and process and system guidelines. 

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the service thru network in JK, HP, Punjab

• Customer handling & customer Satisfaction

• Dealer service profitability basis sales of part, lube and labor;

• Propose the annual service plan per dealer covering Unit in Operation (UIO), distances / spread, financial capability of dealer, etc. in line with NH Ag service guidelines and norms;

•Implementations of after sales at the dealerships

• Improve the CSI Score at the dealerships

• Ensure the better PDI/Installations/Job Card quality/warranty claim quality

• Training of the Dealer Manpower

• CBU Manpower Retention

• Parts & Lubes Availability and to achieve the Annual Targets

• Call Centre Management and resolve the complaints

• Systems-PSF/Service Reminders/Installations/Workshop Management/DMS

• Service Absorptions (Revenues)

• Dealer Assessments and enhance the capabilities of the dealerships

• network -NHSC appointment and monitoring for performance and better reach

Experience Required

15-18 Years of Exp in Tractor /Automobile Industry

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma /BTech in Automobile/Agriculture/Mechanical
