Job Purpose
Responsible to support the integration of electronic systems for tractor application
Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary technical interface within the PAVE organization for electronic systems integration.
- Coordinate and facilitate Change Review Board (CRB) meetings, ensuring effective change assessment and implementation.
- Supervise software development activities and issue resolution through Polarion management of Change Requests, New Content Requests, and defect tickets.
- Perform preliminary root cause analysis of vehicle electronic issues and lead proactive actions to reduce spurious fault codes and improve system robustness.
- Define and maintain system and software micro-planning activities, including deliverables related to ISO 25119 compliance.
- Define and maintain the Software Usage Matrix across vehicle configurations and product platforms.
- Define and maintain the System Specification Matrix, ensuring consistency and traceability of requirements.
- Support electronic component development, system validation, and vehicle integration activities.
- Define and maintain the electrical architecture and interface diagrams of the main electronic control units (ECUs).
- Create and maintain End-of-Line (EOL) configuration documentation supporting vehicle industrialization and manufacturing processes.
- Support manufacturing plants during industrialization phases and production ramp-up activities.
- Support the development, validation, and deployment of Electronic Service Tools.
- Support the release of Operator Manuals, Service Manuals, and Vehicle Requirement Documents.
- Support EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) validation and homologation activities.
- Coordinate prototype fleet management and support prototype build phases from preparation through validation.
- Collaborate with functional teams including Vehicle Electronics, Software, Validation, Manufacturing, Service, Homologation, and Product Development to ensure successful product integration.
Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical or electronics engineering or technical field with 5+ years of engineering experience.
Preferred Qualifications
ISO25119, Polarion, V-cycle, requirements traceability, electrical schematics developments, root cause analysis and problem solving are considered as a plus
Pay Transparency
The annual salary for this role is EUR €39,000.00 - €52,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
For roles open across multiple locations, the salary range indicated refers to the primary location. If a different location is considered, the applicable salary range will be communicated to candidates prior to the first interview.
