Job Purpose

The Site Facilities Manager oversees all aspects of building functions and guarantees safety and functionality of all facilities. 

Key Responsibilities

  • General Services & Maintenance: services oversight (facilities, buildings, cleaning, security, events, green etc.).
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, ISO 14001 management, waste management, and fire prevention.
  • Contracts & Finance: Supplier management, procurement, budget monitoring (OPEX/CAPEX). Project management.
  • Sustainability: Promote energy efficiency and manage corporate mobility (Mobility Manager).
  • Coordination: Lead internal teams, consultants and external professionals.

Experience Required

  • 5+ years of experience in similar roles
  • Contract handling experience
  • Experience in planning and maintaining facility budgets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Architecture, Management Engineering or equivalent
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
