Job Purpose

We are looking for a motivated graduate to join our global team in Digital Factory Engineering. This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in a newly created role, where you will gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge manufacturing technologies within a multinational environment.

You will work closely with senior leaders and collaborate with international, cross-functional teams to support the development of our digital factory initiatives.

  • Assist in selecting and specifying hardware (e.g. camera systems, sensors, networking equipment, and computing infrastructure) for digitalisation projects.
  • Contribute to pilot projects in collaborative robotics (“cobots”), gaining exposure to emerging automation technologies.
  • Work alongside experienced colleagues to support the implementation of new solutions, acting as a key point of contact during testing and rollout phases.
  • Help monitor performance and contribute to the continuous improvement and scaling of successful digital solutions.

Experience Required

  • A recent graduate (or soon to graduate) with a degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • An interest in manufacturing, automation or digital transformation.
  • Basic programming knowledge and an eagerness to develop skills in areas such as data analytics, machine learning, or digital twins.
  • Strong communication skills, with a good standard of written and spoken English.
  • A proactive, curious and collaborative approach, with a willingness to learn in an international environment.
