Job Purpose

The Depot Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of the largest distibution center operations in lebanon,  with a strong focus on timely delivery, customer satisfaction, continuous facility improvement, and the development of frontline leadership. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing delivery performance and resolving issues impacting timelines or customer experience
  • Leading facility improvements, equipment maintenance, and space optimization
  • Ensuring accurate inventory control and efficient material flow
  • Tracking KPIs and leveraging data for forecasting and process improvement
  • Enforcing OSHA compliance and promoting a safety-first culture
  • Mentoring managers and aligning team development with business goals
  • Developing contingency plans to mitigate supply chain risks

Experience Required

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration) with a minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • OR 14+ years of leadership experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management
  • Proven track record of leading teams, improving operational efficiency, and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and facility safety standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay Transparency

​The annual salary for this role is USD $133,875.00 - $160,650.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
