Job Purpose

The Inventory Supervisor supervises activities of the materials team to ensure effective, efficient handling of inventory for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide frontline leadership to inventory and handling team members.
• Provide daily direction on inventory issues, and keep appropriate staff informed of issues or concerns. 
• Understands and is able to perform inventory handling responsibilities as needed.
• Maintains effective processes and procedures for the operation of the department. 
• Train and coach team members. 
• Monitor and initiate improvement projects to current processes or policies. 
• Coordinate efforts to ensure proper safety and ergonomics standards and guidelines are met in work area. 
• Delegate appropriate responsibilities and assignments to team members. 
• Assure staffing requirements are met.

Pay Transparency

​The hourly rate for this role is USD $63,000.00 - $79,000.00 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
